These Terms & Conditions govern patron access to Intermission Quiz, including account creation, gameplay, prize eligibility, and communications related to shows you attend.

You may use Intermission Quiz only if you provide accurate account information and comply with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device, login credentials, and any activity under your account.
Intermission Quiz is an entertainment experience designed for theatre patrons. Quiz content, scoring, timing, rankings, and prize rules may vary by show, venue, sponsor, or promotion. We may suspend, modify, or end a quiz round at any time.
If a quiz includes prizes or offers, additional eligibility rules may apply. Void where prohibited. We may verify attendance, identity, age, or compliance before awarding a prize or honoring an offer.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with gameplay integrity, create fraudulent accounts, scrape data, reverse engineer protected features, or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
If you opt in, we may send quiz updates, offers, and theatre news by email, including communications informed by the shows or venues you attend. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those messages.
Intermission Quiz, its branding, software, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Show titles, artwork, and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the availability of any specific quiz, venue, sponsor content, or reward.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intermission Quiz and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, attendance at a show, or participation in a promotion.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material updates will apply when posted at this page, and the version date stored with your account reflects the version accepted during signup.
